Franklin is a small town on the outskirts of Nashville and I was a little disappointed that a conference we were attending was not directly in the City; however, this property really was nicer than expected. Great 3.5 star hotel. Very beautiful, very clean, great location. The beds were to die for. After alot of touring and tons of walking a great place to stay. I found the restaurant very expensive. The patio seating is very nice. Would stay hear again. Liked it alot and loved the location. more

This property seems to be lacking in enforcing cleaning procedures or striving for any level of excellence. Upon arriving to my room I noticed that dirty dishes were left in front of my room.
