As with most Sleep Inns it was clean and neat. It is a basic hotel for a good price and better than staying in Bristol where the motels are overpriced. The location is very good yet far enough off the interstate so the traffic noise is not bad.

Stayed there for a week for vacation, Loved the layout of the room, very clean, spacious, delicious breakfast. Staff was very friendly with helping me find stores and restaurants in the area. Definitely plan on staying there again when I return to the area.

I checked in at like 2:30 am ,with 3 kids in tow, the rate was great & the suite was nice & clean. very friendly night clerk & I really liked the little mini kitchen, over all I would stay again if I am down this way. headed to grandfathers mountain,NC its real close by.

From reading other reviews they must have made some changes. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive during check-in and check-out. Our room was clean and well maintained as was the rest of the property that we saw. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant. We had an excellent stay.

First room had an overwhelming smell from room deodorizeer. Asked to be moved, second room was dirty, carpet badly stained and bugling,toilet bowl had a black ring around it and smelled of sewage.
