Friendly staff, try to please. I asked for decaf coffee for my room and they got it for me. Wifi much improved over my last stay, had poor connection, this time very good

this was a bad hotel. we were told one price and got charge a higher price, my door would not open, so i could not get out of my room. the heater look like it had been destroyed by a hammar, they was rust coming out of the shower and sink, the TV did not work right, the frigerator did... More

The first room was dusty & dirty, smelled musty and had dead spider guts on the door frame to the bathroom. To top it off the light fixture in the bathroom was laying on the back of the toilet. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room. Not much better but no more spider guts on... More

the room was just average, the hotel a bit run down. had trouble opening the door, also could have provided a better breakfast options besides donuts. Didn't let it ruin our trip, but hotel could have been better for what we had to pay.
