I booked 6 rooms - they jacked up the price to nearly $200 per night because of the Night Races and made us pay for the entire 6 rooms for 7 night up front! My crew arrived late - one of the guys went to his room - it was under renovations - no furniture room in state of construction... more

Reading the reviews of this hotel on this particular website had me quite nervous about the week stay we had planned at this hotel. Our team stayed at the Quality Inn at Kingsport 7 days during the USSSA World Series and we could not have had a better experience. The rooms were clean and more than reasonably priced. The staff... more

Our team stayed at the Quality Inn for a week during our World Series in Kingsport. The staff was excellent - couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very nice and clean & some even had tempurpedic mattresses, which was a plus. The pool was very large and always kept clean. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast... more

We booked multiple rooms at this hotel. All of the rooms were dirty and run down (unclean bathroom floors, broken door). Management refused to give us a refund for the rest of our booked stay even though we left after the first night and checked into a different hotel nearby. One of the worst hotels we have EVER stayed at.... more

I travel a lot! This Hotel was one of the worst experiences I have had. The rooms were dirty. The beds were old and hard. The pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was so bad it looked like it had never been cleaned! The room was so outdated that I thought I had stepped into a motel from the 50s. The... more

It 'sounded' nice and it was free (as part of my Choice Awards plan); however, the Choice hotel company obviously bought this dinosaur and doesn't give a hoot about fixing it up. In the 3 nights we stayed there, there were never more than 10 cars in the parking lot, however, the front desk people thought it would be a... more

We were in kingsport for a basketball tournament. There were not many hotels available. Our team was assured by the Kingsport tourist commission that hotel would be fine. They were way off! We were there with young girls and were scared to let them go out of the rooms by themselves. They told us the hotel had just gone through... more

Our basketball team stayed here for Nationals. The hotel was very inexpensive. It is not a Hilton, but you are not paying Hilton rates. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They really tried to work with us as we were not sure when the team would be eliminated and we would need to check out. The pool... more

We made a reservation to stay at the Americourt Hotel in Kingsport on July 3rd 2006. The hotel at the time the reservation was made was under the Ramada Inn name and we had no idea they were going to be changing names. The reservation was for March 22nd-25th 2007. We were going to the Nascar race in Bristol that... more

For 2006, they are now requiring a $200/night stay, 3 day minimum for the bristol races. What a rip off. This place sucks. Not only is NASCAR raping us for ticket prices, the hotels have to try and stick it to us as well. I'll camp ... more
