My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The honeymoon suite was very lovely, and we had a nice bottle of wine and flowers awaiting us. Everything was extremely nice and clean, and room service was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would strongly recommend it!

Our family stayed here for UTK orientation. It's convenient, clean and friendly. We will stay again in the future because you can walk to the university and market square. It offers a nice complimentary breakfast also.

In Knoxville with family for wedding. Several rooms rented. Overall experience very good. The corner room we checked in to had a very strange layout, so we were moved to another room on the 6th floor (601) which was better. Nice, clean room within walking distance of Gay St. where most of the downtown is (bars, restaurants). Rooms were a bit small but comfortable and quiet. Excellent service from front desk and very mice breakfast.

Pleasant surprise to the changes in downtown Knoxville. This property offers great location to Market Square area with lots of dining options. Hotel is modern, clean, and offers breakfast and other options noted by Hampton Inn. Would definitely stay there again.

Over the 5 years that we have had students at UT, we have stayed here several times. Never disappointed (except when we couldn't get a room because we didn't book early enough). The staff is beyond friendly, the property is always clean, and the breakfast (and afternoon cookies) are wonderful.

The downtown area is clean, with many local places to eat or shop. it was convienent to the interstate and with in walking distance of the convention center. The sheets in my room were not changed from the previous nights occupant. I know this because I found their underwear in my bed.
