Problems with electronic door lock (sometimes door remained unlocked, hotel staff fixed it but it continued to be a problem throughout the stay ---- be extremely careful when leaving hotel to make sure door is locked). We stayed 3 nites. The location if right off I75 just north of the "beltway." Very convenient. All rooms non smoking. Very clean. We stayed just one night on a trip to visit Univ of TN. Arriving late, we found a clean, quiet room, comfortable bed, and plenty of room. The breakfast was well supplied and had many choices. Our son found the sofa bed pretty comfortable. more

This is a beautiful new hotel right off the interstate. We travel with 4 kids and like to find a suite that can accomodate us comfortably. This filled the bill.
