I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 4 months, and will stay again I am sure. I stopped there en route and liked it so much, I returned with my family just a few days later. When I found myself traveling through the area again, I made sure that I could stop there. The staff is... more

We were considering a motor home travel solution until now. Choice Hotel executives should adopt this property; its employees; and a new bonus program that doesn't require a check-out after three days as models for how to attract golden-ager prospects. I'd rather not become a bus driver! more

Other than the confusion with billing adjustments, this was the VERY best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip!!! Excellent staff, superb breakfast, excellent beds, extremely clean through out the entire facility. The only problem I experienced was when we checked out one day earlier than planned. I learned that our credit card had been charged for the entire... more

I travel ALL the time and I've stayed in all sorts of hotels. Two days before, I was in the Marriott in downtown Minneapolis so I was used to some luxurious accommodations. The Comfort Suites did not disappoint me. The room was clean and attractive. The staff was very helpful. Being there only one short night, I didn't take advantage... more

We arrived at 2:30 PM Saturday, we had booked the room on the Monday before. Check in went fine, except they did not have a room that would accomodate us. They showed us another room#306 with 2 queen beds, when we walked in we smelled a very heavy cinnamon smell. This should have been my first clue. When you have... more

This hotel is real knew, everything is nice and stylish. We had a suite with 2 beds, and a pull out couch, 36 or 42 in flat screens, nice fluffy comfy beds, it really did feel like home. It was clean and refreshing after being on the road for 4 days. We checked in at 1030 in the evening, the... more

My husband my 15 year old son and my daughter 10 decided to stay at the Comfort Suites in Kodak. This hotel is within eyesight of the Basspro shops. We stayed in a 2 queen suite. The beds have lots of comfy pillows while the mattresses were very supportive. We enjoyed the flat screen LG tv and used the refrigerator... more

The good...The hotel was very nice, it is newer, rooms are big and clean, the room we had was suite and had a separate sitting area, the bathroom was really nice. The bad.... The hotel charges $10.00 for a baby crib. We travel often with our children and stay at Choice Hotels 98% of the time (which includes Comfort Suites).... more

This new hotel on I-40 just east of Knoxville was a welcome place to find. Friendly staff, super clean rooms, Large rooms and eggs and waffles in the morning. After a week of meeting with my clients I decided, last minute, to fly home for the weekend. The friendly staff stored my bags until my return. The office area was... more

This is a very good value: nice hotel, good service, good room. Covers all the basics well with a good set of amenities. Excellent for what it is and a rare combination for its price point. Hotel is new (opened 2008), clean, and non-smoking/no pets. Room is somewhat large (it has a sitting area with couch and desk beside a... more
