Well maintained and furnished. Rooms are large and have plenty of room for a couple and/or your family. Situation off of the interstate is ideal, the continental breakfast is simple but good and the pool is adequate. In a world where you get what you pay for, your money is well spent here.

The hotel was in a great location to get to the Smokies or as a stopover on the way somewhere. There seems to be lots to do in the area as far as outdoor activities and the room was clean with a great breakfast in the morning.

Nice accessible. Two queens, good mattresses, roll in shower, lots of room. Nice staff. Good grab bars in bathroom. Fold down seat in shower. Couch (2 fusions) and easy chair. Work desk. Good breakfast. Now the downside, the Internet is very slow. The accessible room is on the third floor.

Overall a solid hotel though some little issues which took away from stay though staff was very nice and accommodating.first room 's air conditioner did nt work so first night was uncomfortable though room changed next day without problem. Stayed here on two separate occasions in January while passing through the area. Both times room was comfortable and clean. Property is fairly new so everything is nice and shiny with above average furnishings and finishes for this price-range. Stay 4 times and love it .. Great people and great breakfast .. Love it going this weekend too. And the pool is heated . It is really clean..its located right off 40 .you can get the Internet free.got flat screen t.v. Beds sleeps really good

We checked in very late and asked for a late checkout so that we could tour around Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. They gave us a 2pm check out with our Choice membership. Breakfast was great and there was a lovely hostess!! Room was very comfy!!

I have stayed quite a few times here and look forward to many more. The staff is outstanding. You couldn't ask for any cleaner and nicer rooms. Love the indoor pool. The breakfast bar every morning is really good. The lady that runs it is so cheerful and nice. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.
