when we arrived at white lodge we were late for a wedding and when we asked the landlady to order us a cab she refused and instead drove us to the hotel herself. it was the first of many things that madeour stay at white lodge comfortable and homely. the breakfast was great to but it was the landladies friendly... There was no one thing that was _awful_ about White Lodge, but instead, five things that were unpleasant. Taken together, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for a B&B in/around Cork.
