I have stayed here three times, always in late July. Rooms are large and well equipped. Large bathroom with a really nice shower. Breakfasts great and dinners very good. Only negative thing is that on the most recent stay I was there on a night wne the disco/nightclub was open. Place was packed with young people and it was quite... more

The staff were friendly. The room was musty and the sheets had seen better days. The breakfast was a good effort. more

When doing any review I try to point out any positives to be fair to the hotel however I am really struggling with this hotel. It is marked as a 3 star hotel and we stayed at the Seaview Hotel Gweedore as we were attending a wedding and all other hotels and B&B were full. Bunbeg beach is only a... more

Stayed at this hotel before and the sole reason I returned to this hotel on a business trip. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing. The food was excellent and service was quite quick. The rooms were in excellent condition. The hotel was quite busy for this time of year and the atmosphere was good in the lounge and bar.... more

Staff are friendly (when you can find them) but the hotel is falling apart! I was in three different rooms, and all left a lot to be desired. Mostly dodgy in the bathroom department; with toilet seats falling apart, a contest of strength to flush the loo-that sort of thing! More worringly was the locking system of the front door... more

We booked into the Seaview Hotel for a 2 night stay. The food was average (both at the bar and the breakfast). We were given a room above the bar which was cold and smelled musty. A band started playing in the bar at 11.20pm. We returned to our bedroom at around 11.50pm and unfortunately the band's sound carried through... more

Myself, husband and two young children stayed in the hotel in June and found our stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. The children had a great time in the area and loved the fact that they were so close to the beautiful beach located just across the road. The hotel itself was your standard 3* hotel, with spacious rooms and... more

We stayed at the Seaview last weekend (11th July) for two nights as we attended a wedding in Gweedore. Location is lovely but we were charged €140 per night for the pleasure. The hotel is a 1 or 2 star standard, the room, while a nice size, the throw for the bed stunk of mould and the bathroom was not... more

We stayed in the Seaview for one night. The hotel is very close to the airport so ideal if your flight gets in late. The hotel itself was your typical 3 star hotel. The bedroom was very large but basic. The bathroom however was quite poor and freezing cold as the window didn't seem to close correctly. The bar in... more
