Have mixed feelings about this B&B. I stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding in the area. The B&B smells musty and is rather dated. There are lots of ornaments, photos, pictures and info on Irish history on the walls which add to it's charm. The rooms could do with a revamp-even matching bed covers would help.... more

Oh dear. I took my wife here during a short trip around Donegal for a birthday present. We had a lovely time and stayed in some great B&Bs, but Teac Campbell stood out as the only shoddy place at which we stayed. And it was dreadful. The lobby was darkly lit and smelled musty. We were hurriedly ushered to our... more

My friend and I stayed with Charlie and Maya Campbell in March 2007. We found the room quite comfortable, a great view of the ocean and Gola Island, the birthplace of my friend's mother. Breakfast was awesome and served quickly and efficiently, and hot, even with the dining room completely full. Charlie's cooking and Maya's serving were impeccable. One day... more

Spent a week traveling around beautiful County Donegal. We stayed in several Bed and Breakfasts in the county but Teac Campbell would be amongst the best. Its bigger than most guesthouses but still has a very personal touch. The room we had overlooked the islands and was nice and spacious. The rooms are basic but clean with en-suite and tvs.... more

lovely friendly and welcoming house. Went travelling with my husband on a very late second honeymoon and although we stayed in many different hotels and b&b's during our trip, it was only when we arrived in teach campbell were we made to feel at home. the family who run this house welcomed us with open arms and we are counting... more

My daughter and I arrived at Teach Campbell after a very long day of driving and touring. We felt so fortunate to have landed at this most welcoming of Irish B&B's. We felt genuinely cared for by Moira., the way personal houseguests would be treated. We were immediately offered tea, which was the one and only time such an offer... more

On a recent trip to Ireland, we stayed at Teach Campbell and can say that it was one of the best Guest House's we have ever stayed in. The service, rooms, location and views were all amazing. It was like a home from home, with Mrs Campbell wanting to feed you and constantly running about to ensure you have everything you... more

We recently stayed at Teac Campbell and had an awful stay. We felt very unwelcome during our stay, the service was lacking throughout and the whole place could do with a good clean and dust! The welcome tea and coffee were served in chipped cups. We had to chase for a room key, the towels were hard and crusty..clearly softener... more

Stayed here many times over the years. This is an example of a classic Irish country B&B (Guesthouse) with a genuine family welcome. This is my favourite part of rural Ireland. Some nice pubs and hotel restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. more

We had a lovely stay here. Family run B & B - the family were lovely. Their personal photos all over the place and loads of interesting memorabilia on the walls. We had a grand large room. Very good value for money. Basic, but clean and comfortable. Lovely view over Bunbeg. We would stay here again more
