We ended-up checking out and moving to a hotel across the street. (our party consisted of three families - 3 rooms)

The staff was very unfriendly and not at all accomodating.

We called the front desk to let them know a bolt on the toliet was broken and the seat was unstable. We were told to "be careful".......

Our beds were not made the next day and no fresh towels were provided. Upon requesting new towels at the front desk - we were told "find the housekeeper"

A call to the Super 8 hotline was not much more helpful. We were told each hotel has their own set of guidelines.....as such, they were unable and unwilling to assist.

Not a great experience, won't even bother to attempt to stay there again. My past stays at various Super 8 establishments have been fine and uneventful. This experience was not acceptable in any way, shape or form.
