The place is in dire need of mainteance. The staff is highly variable, from outright rude to charming irish. It's at the far outskirts of Dublin, with the closest restaurant 1/2 hour walk away. There are other hotels at the same cost which provide better value for money: Avoid if you can. more

Cheap rates and it shows! Rooms are large with separate living, kitchen, and bedroom. The downside: kitchen counters were burned and peeling; bedroom closet was not useful (too small) and room was very small; living room has a badly-used couch and chair with a small TV.
