The fresh mackerel at the pub is highly recommended. You can get it with a heaping plate of vegetables. The live music was also a lot of fun. OK, the inn is another story. A terrible hotel. The rooms smell damp, beds too small, duvet cover too small, bathroom awful. The building needs to be knocked down. Generator outside made noise all night long. Other guests refused to stay. We did stay - but for one night only. Breakfast was nice. more

Cant believe i nearly listened to some of the bad reviews on this site about this hotel. It was excellent, from the rooms (we had a balcony one at the front) to the music and the food. well worth the money had a great night. more

Our family (2 adults and a 16 month old son) stayed here for a night. We paid €150 for the night which was ridiculously overpriced for this accommodation but unfortunately everything here is overpriced for the tourists. The toilet seat was missing in the bathroom for goodness sake!! However, the staff were very nice and above all very child friendly.... more

Hi, We booked four rooms in this Hotel and all 8 of us really regretted it and wish we stayed in the Pier House B&B instead. We paid 180 euro's a night for a room! for what we thought was a hotel with all the services expected of a hotel. Management is terrible, staff are rude, double beds are tiny!... more
