Just getting around to saying we had a great night in Ballroom on sunday and we were completely surprised to be given cocktail sausages & sandwiches completely free of charge before the band finished We decided to stay overnight for b&b and got a great deal.

We called into above hotel this evening and got a lovely warm welcome we ordered a sandwich and a pot of tea which arrived with chips and salad which was really good value the service was excellent we will call in again next time we are passing . The barman was friendly and witty.

I stayed at the Hazel hotel for a wedding recently and found it to be excellent for value and service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I think that many more prestigious hotels should think about sending their staff their to learn the true meaning of hospitality. The rooms are clean and adequate for a night away.
