The pinewood lodge is a great B & B, but it is not in the center of town. The walk was great fun for us, 5 minutes or so to the restaurant and the pub, but had it been raining, we would have rather stayded closer to the centre. Perfect location for visiting the Glendalough area. We chose Pinewood Lodge for a number of reasons. We didn't rent a car, and it was easy to catch St. Kevin's Bus Service to Laragh.
