We visited The Pontac House Hotel for annual holiday. We stopped for 2 weeks and during our stay had no problems. The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived, every day the housemaids cleaned and replaced the towels. Reception staff always friendly and would assist with any queries. This was our first stay at Pontac House and we would recommend the hotel to anyone. Chris Robin and his staff were friendly and helpful. You only had to ask and it was done.
