Had a great 2 day break at the Omaroo. Stayed in the newly refurbished wing. Slightly out of season so was pleased that heating in room worked well. Shower-over-bath type set-up had generous shower head with plentiful hot water. Room was spotless and quiet (despite party taking place in bar, which I was attending!). Breakfast was good and dining areas... More

Very nice hotel, good food and the staff was very kind. The parking near the hotel to place a car, a great breakfast, continental or British and espacially nice staff. The hotel is central located and not too far from the city center. Great hotel a MUST for Jersey.

Booked a stay to celebrate our anniversary and my husband's 80th birthday. Room very spacious and warm. Clean and fresh decor in white wood. Shower powerful and plenty of hot water. Dinner in lovely conservatory overlooking water. Three courses with good variety of choice and at a special deal of £12 as we were staying 5 nights. Breakfast perfect healthy... More

I'm a local, just wanted a over night break from screaming kids. So I don't ask much. A clean comfy (smallish but its fine for 2) room with a nice bath..tick. A good meal in a restaurant with great view and service, tick. However, breakfast was a let down. It starts at 7:30-9:30, small selection of food, and if you... More

We arrived on a cold spring day, 2nd March to be met by a gentleman with a lovely accent, politely chatty and informative. who booked us in and escorted us to our lovely warm room, carrying my bag. We had a lovely sea view, in a recently refurbished room, light bright and modern, with quality white furniture, and a beautiful... More

2 of us dined at the Ommaroo mid week for dinner. Not many other diners on a cold winters evening but the newly renovated conservatory still managed to feel cosy and welcoming. Good quality ingredients, simply but imaginatively prepared - we both enjoyed all 3 courses, particularly the delicious soup of the day which was beef and sounded a little... More

Just returned from a stay at the Ommaroo Hotel with my over half. We were very pleased on our arrival. Our room had been wonderfully renovated, very clean, large TV, lots of wardrobe space and had a very comfy bed. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both of which were delicious and well presented and as we ate... More

We have regularly stayed at this hotel and have never been disappointed. From the moment you turn up at reception you are greeted by friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. We always book a sea-facing room,{which normally has a balcony!},and love the charm of the place. This hotel has had a chequered past so check out the history of the... More

On the 31st of January the Redbridge netball squad went to stay at the Ommaroo hotel for 3 nights. When we first arrived all the staff were very kind and welcomed us in. They had put on some supper of sandwiches as it was quite late. This was very much appreciated. That night i had a very good sleep as... More

Our experience was disappointing. We had to be moved twice on arrival as there was something faulty in each of the rooms and we finally ended up in one of the older rooms which was comfortable enough but oldfashioned and in need of refurbishment. The staff who manned the main desk were friendly but nothing in the hotel seemed particularly... More
