I would give this hotel 4 stars. I can only think Jersey has some much better hotels than England as I have stayed in 4 star hotels here that were not as good as this one. This was my second visit to the Metropole. I could not fault the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, the chambermaid provided an excellent service on a daily basis.
