The Havelock is a lovely (listed) building overlooking the seafront at Havre des Pas in St Helier. Arrived at the hotel/guest house and from the outside all looked well, lovely green and white building overlooking the Havre de Pas beach and as we were to have a sea view were initially suitably impressed.
