Myself and a large group of friends in a choir were allocated this hotel for the Jersey music festival. While the hotel was clean and the food was ok the staff were very unhelpful. After reading the other reviews were very apprehensive at staying at this hotel. They are STILL updating and our room was still in the 60's! The shower had no screen so all the water ran everywhere in the bathroom - thus leaving a terrible musty smell all day long! As our room looked over the courtyard could hear people talking... more

We booked this hotel through Jersey.com The hotel owners have been very clever with their photos showing only the refurbished parts of the hotel. We were first allocated room 28.
