We stayed at the Merton for the third time this year after having a break last year by going to the sister hotel The Pomme D'Or, but came back because of the ambience and the amazing buffet at the Merton. Stayed at the Merton every year since first visit in1975.Thats 34years and still no complaints.The staff change but the service stiil continues to be the best.Must say that the present restaurat manager [PETER] is brilliant at looking after every diner in the Belvedere resterant, Throughout the hotel the staff are very helpful. more
