We have been coming to La Barbarie now for a number of years and it never disappoints. Plumbing changes during winter shutdown have improved showers, now brilliant. Restaurant still excellant. All the staff are laid back, friendly, and highly efficient. You too will not be disappointed.

We have stayed at La Barbarie many times and have never been disappointed. The facilities are great, the staff friendly and efficient making the whole holiday a delight. Nothing is too much trouble and the location is breath taking. A real gem and without a doubt the only place to stay on Guernsey.

We stayed from 26th May to 2nd June and found both accommodation and food excellent. The staff were very helpful at all times. Restaurant service was prompt and a good selection offered even on the table d'hote menu. This was served from 5.30pm for hotel guests which suited us very well. There was also a good choice for breakfast.

Stayed here for 7 nights in mid May. If you enjoy the good things in life and yearn for good old fashioned friendly and sincere service then look no further. Stayed here for a long weekend over Bank Holiday, and remembered hotel as being very pleasant from when my parents used to stay there a couple of decades ago. Had a very pleasant three nights here.
