Had a lovely,but muddy walk up the Dart Valley. Wondered in with two dogs & our soiled boots. The landlord, Dave, gave us a very warm welcome. The open fire added the necesary atmosphere. Then the Ploughmans, with local cheeses & scrummy bread was way above average. We will be returning!

For those of us not form the UK, or maybe even Europe, getting to the Church House Inn is a bit daunting. New owners are fab, a great pub for a drink and chat with locals and guests. A lovely relaxed feel to the place and very welcoming. Would recomend to firends/family etc. Selection of drinks very good.
