Stayed in one of the lodges everything superb but the food is questionable. It wasn't awful but the anemiac steak in the brasserie isn't worth the money. We took our two children, two grandchildren and two dogs for a pre-christmas stay in one of the lodges. Our biggest complaint was that there was no snow but I suppose you cant really blame the hotel for that. In short, we will return, because nowhere else offers this luxury to all the family and importantly their dogs. More

Bovey Castle is absolutely fabulous! we immediately felt at home. Lots to do - golf(excellent course and not crowded) spa, falconry, hens and ferrets, (all well housed!).
