Just come back from a weekend on Dartmoor. Stayed one night at the Ring of Bells. We had two rooms; One and five. Room one is in the main house just off the bar. Beautiful fourposter bedroom with lots of space. A very short but steep staircase leading up to the door. A big TV but a very small bath.... More

Really welcoming 13th century pub... Convivial, warm and atmospheric. Fantastic food and really friendly service. A really fun visit and a great nights kip... Couldn't recommend it and dartmoor enough.

We stayed here the other day to celebrate a birthday without having to drive home afterwards. We have just returned from wonderful 3 day break. From the minute we arrived and throughout our stay we were made to feel very welcome. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts and dinners fantastic. We will be back!
