This is a very small family run B&B hotel in Dawlish (Devon, England), located a short walk from the beach and with amazing views of the sea. There are two very large and exceedingly comfortable rooms with king beds, and a smaller twin room with two single beds. All three rooms are beautifully fitted out, spotlessly clean, emaculately maintained, and have en suite bathrooms. There is a TV/DVD in each room, coffee facilities and a good (and free) WIFI network. The hotel is run by Tony and Carol Morgan, who go out of their way to make their guests feel relaxed and at home. They put on a wonderful made-to-order breakfast which is second-to-none. This is really one of the most pleasant and comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in a lot), more a home than a hotel actually, and a terrific place for a relaxing holiday.
