This Place has the worst customer service i have ever seen! You feel like your in the twilight zone if you stay here. I was shocked with how rude the owner was. It's dirty and gross too. Smelled terrible! I hope i can help save at least one person from the terrible expeierience i had. more

Stayed at this hotel on the way to the Georgia-Tennessee football game in Knoxville. Hotel is convenient to Knoxville-it takes about 30 minutes to get to UT from the hotel. Although the carpet in our room (King room) was dingy and had a few stains on it (looked like cigarette burns, even though the room was a non-smoking room), the... more
