Booked the hotel as it has carpark facilities! In the back alley in front of enclosed garages. The receptionist was surly and unhelpful. Could not get into my room with the key card and returned to reception where upon the manager explained how to use it and it worked fine. Our experience at this over-priced, grubby, dated hotel was not a positive one. We were booked in for one night and charged £40 per person for bed and breakfast.
