We booked a three night stay with high expectaions after looking at their website. We arrived in pouring rain and not made particularly welcome. Entrance and surrounding areas a bit scruffy. One other couple staying there. Room good and
bright with roof lights. As room a loft conversion ceiling low in bathroom with no ventilation, no bath mat and no waste bin
in bedroom. View from bedroom overlooks site where a house
is going to be built. Breakfast first morning was excellent but
second morning, Sunday we arrived 15 minutes late and were told in no uncertain terms the kitchen had been cleaned down,
with tea and toast only available The last morning arrived in good
time with another excellent breakfast Felt that the premises lacked warmth and were cold and not inviting more
