From the outside it looks like an "olde-worlde-pub" but inside it is refurbished in a very attractive way with well appointed bedrooms with everything you need. Showers especially good - we all wanted to take them back to Norway - best showers in Britain - and we have tried a few, visiting 8-10 different inns/hotell every year! Service was outstanding.... more

This was a brilliant B&B! We arrived at 4pm and didn't leave again until 10am. We had dinner in the pub which was AMAZING - the best starters we had all holiday (scallops and black pudding / Goats cheese and artichokes) both were done to perfection. Main was a homemade pie and lasagne which again was lovely. Really good selection... more
