Beautiful Hotel in centre of quiet village, but with easy access to the A30, the road to everywhere. We stopped off at the Lifton Hall Hotel for lunch on a return journey from Cornwall. We had our 2 year old daughter with us, but the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The roast lunch was excellent and very good value. We will definitely stop there again. more

The owners have created a stylish and relaxing environment within a beautiful 16C building. There appear to be 4 maitre-d's, each equally attentive and charming.
