Best customer service I have experienced in a long time, and I have stayed at many hotels. The staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. Stayed here 1 night, very pleasant stay, would definitely stay here again, nice quiet location ideal for a romantic break.

I took my elderly parents to stay at this lovely country house. The staff bent over backwards to make us welcome. very comfortable and food amazing. Would recommend to anybody. Didn't give it five stars because new managements are still perfecting certain areas, but probably will next time.
