The reception was welcoming, they knew who we were and greeted us by name. We were upgraded to a nice room which was nicely decorated and clean and comfy. Light sleepers might notice the noise from the radiators but it is an old building. The restaurant was fully booked but they managed to fit us in. The service was attentive but not over bearing. The food was good, quite expensive but worth the extra. I would happily recommend this hotel to friend and family. more
