Smart clean rooms and the standard grub you want, both at fair prices. Air on site and ease of access to the water. The staff were sooo nice and diver friendly. Dry room a godsend for storing kit overnight. Will be returning to this gem.

I stayed in this hotel last year for two weeks and recently in February for one night! It's really good priced. Rooms are basic but really clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a must! So well done and very delicious. Staff very nice and helpful! When ever I am back in Portland I will be staying here again!

Ideally located for access to the dockyard and surrounding area. Friendly staff offering a relaxed informal atmosphere. Clean and secure with onsite parking. Food was cooked to order and well presented at a very reasonable price.Nothing to complain about.

A clean and friendly place to stay in Portland, It is not positioned in a pretty location but it is close to the mainland. The room (a triple) was decent sized and the bathroom clean and modern. The breakfast is simple but cheap and is in good size portions, The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpfull The food is very good quality and are not small portions I cannot comment on the location as I was working most of the time But we were directed to a nice indian restaurant for a change by the staff

Friendly staff upon arrival but the reception never gave a good impression as its a bit dated. Stair well area is in need of decorating and the bar area is awful with no character at all!! recently spent two nights at this hotel arrived very late on friday evening but a warm welcome awaited us rooms spotless, staff lovely, friendly, just like chatting to old friends. highly reccomend
