Booked this hotel for 3 nights (Fri-Mon) with my husband and 17 month old and paid a very reasonable price for a family room. Lovely little hotel so feels more exclusive. Staff were very helpful and offered a variety of rooms as weren't very busy when we checked in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is just off the main... More

Have just taken sofa mattress and sheet downstairs to reception, receptionist great and apologetic found spare mattress only heavily stained on one side. She said best she could do as they are booked up and due for major refurbishment. She tried hard, it must be tough doing her job. Also dirty tissue in sofa bed. Must also point out hair... More

We booked 2 nights here, a family room with special offer price of £19 per night. We weren't expecting much for that price, so the fact that the bed was comfy and clean, staff helpful and the sofa bed made up to 2 single beds (much to the childrens delight) made for a stay that isnt a horror story! Great location for the ferry and Poole and Bournemouth , although the building looks reasonably new the room we were in was very tired, walls need painting, rip holes in chair, damaged work top where kettle was, kettle was past it's best ! It did work but looked gross. In the grand scheme of things it was there when we... More
