Part of Hasting Hotels which we were pleased with nestled across the street from the beach and with in walking distance to taaffe castle pub. Very friendly staff and we made a trip up to the ghost room.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The lounge area was lovely to have a drink on a rainy day and the evening meal was lovely. The room was very comfortable although we had a few niggles with very creaky floors above and a lot of tv noise coming from a neighbouring room. Apart from that the hotel was a delight.

An overnight stop, we had three rooms and arrived late in the middle of a wedding party. Dont know if it was luck or by design but our rooms were blissfuly quiet, in the old tower. I recently spent 2 nights in Ballygally Castle. Overall the stay was very enjoyable. However there were some disappointments: Very poor sound-proofing in rooms No black out blinds on windows Relatively poor breakfast selection Free wifi only available in public areas.
