We arrived at what looks like a beautiful country house in the late afternoon. It is everything the website depicts. Bob greeted us with tea and biscuits in the beautiful living room. The furnishings are elegant, with accessories from around the globe purchased by Bob and Sioban on their travels. We stayed two nights and had two different rooms. Each... more

I don't normally write reviews for hotels that we have stayed in or holidays that we have been on but have felt compelled to do so here. The location and warm welcome coupled with genuine interest in making your stay as pleasant as possible is superb. I have stayed at hotels that charge a lot more and deliver much less... more

Wonderful B&B, nothing is too much trouble for Bob. Fascinating house, full of Eastern objects, and plants, wonderful views from our bedroom, marvellous breakfast. Bob also made our teenage daughter very welcome-her lovely bedroom was much appreciated. Bob is also an amazing source of knowledge for the whole of Northern Ireland! Highly recommended (unless you've got small children-far too many... more

Hands down, the best place we stayed in a trip around the country. The scenery inside is as important to me as the scenery outside and Whitepark House is a high calibre house. The hosts have a good eye for detail and design, but nothing is precious or pretentious -- all comforting and comforable. Breakfasts in the conservatory, meeting with... more

Location: walk across the road to the beach - 2 miles of walking, and swimming in summer. Plenty to keep you busy for days: Giants Causeway, hiking the bluffs, the rope bridge, Rathlin Island, Glenarriff State Park, the nearby villages. The rooms are all about sumptuous luxury - deep bath tubs, the softest bedding, the fluffiest comforters. The house is... more

Stayed here in April with my husband and two friends, so we'd booked two rooms. One was huge and airy, with an enormous bathroom and lovely views out of all of the windows, including a fabulous sea view; the other was smaller, but again with a large bathroom and both were beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and lots... more

We arrived without reservations, though we did have Alistair Sawdays guide. I'm amazed we got a room. The house, the rooms and the views blew us away. Bob was great, breakfast was wonderful. there is so much attention to detail, this really was the nicest place we stayed in our 18 days/14 different beds trip, and we paid more for... more

The many previous positive reviews and the inn website influenced my decision to stay at Whitepark House. I was not disappointed. It is the perfect place for adults to enjoy an elegant home. The House is in a beautiful setting overlooking a beautiful bay. It is filled with unusual and possibly expensive antiques and objects d'art. It is beautiful but... more

From the warm greeting on arrival with freshly brewed tea in front of the fire, to the comfortable bed in the well appointed and spacious room with views out to sea, to the freshly prepared and cooked breakfast around the large table in the conservatory with the coffee topped up as quickly as it could be drunk, Bob's service is... more
