Check the website...look at the state of the bedrooms for heaven's sake, they're like something from your worst nightmare! Food! Food I say!! Ha... I'd rather dine in McDonald's (3 miles away)... If they don't make an effort...why should we! If you wanna watse your money, go right ahead! more

Walking into the Lomond is like walking into home. The staff are excellent and a warm welcome is offered. As soon as you walk through the door you feel the relaxed atmosphere and the staff bend over backwards to make sure your stay is a good one. This is such a great little find. I stayed in the Lomond Hills while on business in the area. There were 10 of us at the christmas party night on saturday 13th December. Arrived early afternoon to be met by extremely welcoming staff. Sadly disappointing stay. Receptionist/assistant manager had no customer service skills whatsoever. Had we not stayed here previously we would not have known about the pool/gym as it was not discussed at checking in.
