Four of us arrived on the pretty Isle of Arran and our pre-booked Cottage fell through on a busy holiday weekend, at one point we even though of getting the Ferry home but luckily the local Tourist Board found beds for us at the Invermay Hotel. Their warm welcome was just the tonic that we needed and brought our holiday weekend back to life. Suddenly all was well and we then really enjoyed our stay, the owners were such a genuine nice couple, the rooms and the entire house was a pleasant place to stay, and the breakfast filled us up, so much that we asked for less the next day. Thanks to the Kemps we had a memorable stay on an island with lots to see and do. more
