Breath taking views. Room was nice enough, perhaps could do with a little updating. Welcome was fine. However, the restaurant is an awful experience. Cheaply decorated, no music, no atmosphere. Waiting staff didn't have a clue, over heard the waitress telling a couple she didn't know what linguini was. Wine was corked when i asked for a replacement she poured... more

We stayed at The Fourseasons overnight.Great view of the loch from the hotel, and breakfast was fine. The hotel really goes out of the way to be dog friendly which is unusual. The chalets are a little out dated. If there was photos on the web pages it would probably be better as you would know what to expect.Overall comfortable enough, but for... more

We stayed at the Four Seasons in early Sept 2009 with our 3 dogs (2 labs and a greyhound) in chalet 6. It was a great experience, and so good to be able to be away with our three dogs (and those of you with three dogs will know how hard it is to go anywhere!!!) and still feel like... more

Eat in bistro_better value and more choice than in v expensive but pedestrian restaurant.Breakfast a disgrace for a location with pretensions to a good kitchen. Scrambled egg like rubber and microwaved bacon. Just not good enough. Management said to make good scrambled eggs they would have to take a chef to do it -S-o-o-o ! But location and spectacular views... more

Thank you for your feedback from your stay on the 11th September. How can anyone form an opinion of our Two AA Red Red Rosette awarded fine Dining Restaurant when they have not tried it is beyond my comprehension. As the scrambled eggs were not cooked the way you wanted (yes she described the way she wanted them cooked) you...

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful 24 hours - I think they call this a 'nanobreak' - at The Four Seasons Hotel in Perthshire. We wanted to get away for a night to celebrate our recent engagement. We drove to the hotel from Edinburgh, arriving in time to enjoy lunch in the hotel's Meall Reamhar restaurant - I would... more

We stayed in one of the six chalets behind the main hotel for one evening whilst touring the Highlands. As others have said it is a steep road up to the chalet but wasn't a problem for us and we were in one of the furthest chalets (about 75 metres from the hotel). The chalets higher up provide stunning views... more

At very short notice we needed to find a hotel that would accept pets for a 2 night/3 day break. A quick search on Google found the Four Seasons. Telephone booking couldn't have been easier -or the telephone service more helpful. We were really made to feel welcome on arrival. Food was absolutely fantastic - and compares well with many... more

We recently held our wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel on St Fillans. We took over the hotel, taking most of the rooms on the Friday night and all the rooms on Saturday. We chose the Four Seasons based on three things: the location, the food and the friendliness of the staff. Everything lived up to our expectations. The staff... more

I am not a serial reviewer of hotels as I travel a lot on business and stay in all types of hotel. However, having been in Scotland to attend my Newphew's Graduation with my Mother who is a young 80, I booked to stay in the Four Seasons upon recommendation from a friend who lives locally. Rather than write a... more
