We just had a weekend break in the Dornoch Castle Hotel and I can safely say it was the best weekend break I have ever had. The staff were so helpful and friendly I felt like it was a home away from home and settled in straight away.

We stayed here at new year for a couple of nights and we enjoyed our stay. The chef is wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious, although quite pricey. Worth it though. We do apologise that you were not able to enjoy a glass of wine at Dornoch Castle Hotel, however the Scottish Licensing Regulations state that we cannot serve alcoholic beverages on New Years Day unless food is being consumed. The only exception is for residents of the hotel.
