After a four hour hike, this was a very appealing place to walk into. The restaurant opens at 12:00... So no early morning breakfast. The soup was amazing, and just what I needed to warm up. The chicken baquette was a healthy and tasty sandwich, followed with Scottish Pancakes. Everything was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful.

There is not a huge choice of accommodation options in Durness so I think that means places can charge a bit of a premium - at £130+ per night you do get a very good quality room, excellent breakfast and friendly service.
