It is the best B&B ever. After the visit we wanted to move there because the floor, the bed, blankets and even the stairs were the softest thing on Earth - we wanted to push each other down the stairs :) the location is great: it is not on the main road, but it is close to both Loch Ness... more

Can't fault the accommodation as it was fairly immaculate, Comfortable and cosy with a well cooked breakfast. I would recommend the accommodation to stay in but like so many places in these tourist locations the price hits you hard. Having stayed abroad so many times I don't see why I should pay more in a simple B&B than a luxury... more

We had an excellent stay in the Glenkirk - I loved that it was in a converted church! It was very clean and comfortable, and a good location. I recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the Loch Ness area more

Stayed at Glenkirk for two nights whilst visiting Scotland. What a beautiful place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was a delight. An exceptional guest house, a credit to the owners. If eating out locally would recommend Fiddlers in the centre, great food. more

I don't usually do these reviews, but after my stay at the Glenkirk, I felt I should. Myself and my two young children arrived early to be greeted by Ross, who was so friendly and welcoming, we settled in and had a cup of tea before setting out to explore the area, with this was Fiona's shortbread, which was gorgeous!... more

The exterior makes claims that this building was a church, but the moment you walk in through the doors, it is a home. There is a bench with shoe mats underneath for boots that have gotten muddy walking on one of the area's mainly trails, up the stairs before you get to the three bedrooms in a lounge with cookies,... more

My wife and I stayed at this bed and breakfast for two nights while visiting the local area. We found both Fiona and Ross to be really nice and always willing to help with advice of what sights to visit etc. The property itself is a beautifully converted church which is the most striking on the local tourism website and... more

After staying here in 2007 we promised ourselves we would return. A lovely place made from an old church which in itself is a novelty. Large modern clean rooms and there is a a guest lounge with Tea/Coffee and a large TV. The owners are very nice couple and would often pop up for a chat with their guests. more

Stayed at Glenkirk for 3 nights whilst on a trip to Loch Ness. We looked on Tripadvisor at other bed and breakfasts in the Loch Ness area, but most were booked up, so decided to take a chance on this one as they had availability on the nights we wanted. The b&b is very easy to find, if coming from... more

The Glenkirk is conveniently located to everything in Drumnadrochit. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit. The Glenkirk has a very quiet interior. We never heard the other guests when they went down the hallway. Ross Urquhart spent about a half an hour in the evening talking with us. We enjoyed his conversation. Fiona made a wonderful breakfast. She grills... more
