If you are a muddy cyclist, walker or have kids, don't stay here. My sister and I stayed one night here with her 2 kids(8 & 5 years old) when we were cycling the Great Glen Way. The lady was very worried about the little bit of mud we arrived with. Shoes were to come off and muddy bits had... more

As a 4 star B&B, I have some high standards to maintain..and all my customers are equally important to me....`small` and `large` !! Our stay at Bridgend was pure delight. Ros is warm and welcoming and she really makes all the difference. We have stayed at a few B&B's in Scotland and hers is the one we enjoy most. We are already planning a trip back. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. It is a great location for Loch... more

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location, the village, the owner, her dog, the room, the food, the local, everything was wonderful. We'd just arrived via Edinborough and car and everything about the house was just as described. Very quaint, clean, good bed, woderful breakfast. Just across the town green was a pub to eat at or about a... more

We stayed in the £150 a night Patio Hotel in Aberdeen at the weekend, and followed by a £129 stay in a corporate Thistle hotel, none could compare with the welcome and luxury of Ros and the (slightly plump, bless her) Molly's establishment. Homely, 5 star all the way. Ros you should do an evening meal and give Fiddlers a... more

Ros is a truly dedicated host. Bridgend House is very comfortable, full of personal touches without being "twee" and reflects Ros' warm personality. As stated in the previous review, where else would you find sherry, shortbread and fruit awaiting you in your room? (much appreciated). Breakfast was exceptionally good. Ros is unfazed by those guests who arrive wet and soggy... more
