I would definitely recommend staying here. Staff were really welcoming & friendly. The atmosphere was lively and fun and the hostel bar is great craic. The hostel itself was warm (we arrived on a freezing evening so really appreciated the heat!), clean (great showers - in the bedrooms!) and very good value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights and WOW! The rooms were your typical hostel style, 6 share with ensuite. But.. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! You must try the haggis stuffed chicken, the most amazing tasting thing I think I have ever tasted. The location is good too if you are a walker there are some... More

Stayed here on a Haggis Tour. Although it is a big expensive it is worth the money. Location is so nice and peaceful with clean rooms and bathrooms. Home cooked meals are great each night and the cheaper at feed around town. Friendly staff. Overall very good stay no dramas at all!

I booked for a group of 13 people in May 2013 and had to change my booking several times. I ended up taking a baby and a two year old. The staff were always very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. The rooms were clean, showers were excellent. The breakfast was excellent for the price. We ordered dinner... More

Stayed here two nights in April 2013 on a Haggis 5-day tour. Absolutely brilliant. Food is quite delicious and home made, the rooms are clean and nice (most have a en-suite washroom for the room). It also has a brilliant pub included with great prices and friendly staff. The evening events are also excellent. The only issue was the wifi... More

Love that they offer a home cooked dinner every night. Always healthy portions and the food is delicious. The breakfasts are decent with the normal crappy hostel food but also with added boiled eggs, oatmeal, and granola that took it the extra mile. My favorite part is the pub games every night whether it's karaoke or pub quiz (quizzo trivia).... More

Fun Hostel with a good kitchen and nice rooms. The staff was very helpful and prepared a welcome-pack (we arrived late at night). The hostel is well equipped and has a very comfortable common area with a piano and nice leather sofas as well as a TV and beanbags. The rooms are very nice and clean and come in different... More

Really great, especially for a hostel. Very clean! and every comfortable beds and bathrooms. Had a room for just 3 people, which was great. One bed was quite big. Cozy and warm, which is great in the Highlands. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Fed us a nice, filling dinner and good quality breakfast.... More

I stayed at Morag's Lodge for two evenings whilst touring the Highlands with Haggis Adventures. The experience was so lovely that I could have happily stayed there much longer. The accommodation was simple and comfortable, giving the lodge an extremely homely atmosphere. Dotted around the lodge were objects and items- a stack of books for exchange, a piano, laptops with...
