Comfortable, well furnished, spacious room. Nice touches like hand made soaps in the bathroom. No TV in the room - we didn't go away to watch TV but it is nice to have it on sometimes before bed. Comfortable relaxing B&B, good value for money if staying 3 nights plus as more favourable rate, warm welcome, first -class flapjacks! good home-cooked evening meals and breakfasts. Our experience of a 4 night stay mirrors what other have already written; i.e. Ann & Tom's standards are not slipping.
