Didn't stay in the hotel itself but visited for coffee. I can only suggest that in future if your staff wish to have a dispute with each other they do so out of earshot of your customers. I don't expect to pay you for coffee then listen to two staff tear a strip off each other. The bar area looks... more
Turned up at this hotel with one of our party dressed as Pamela Anderson from Baywatch (we were on a stag do). The proprietor behind the desk looked a little nonplussed, but checked us in to our rooms without complaint! Rooms were basic but comfortable, and the bathroom clean with a good shower. What made the stay was the staff.... more
What a wonderful place to be!! great views of the harbour, great food, lovely people, and the whisky is sublime. Go to this place and enjoy every moment, we did. We had our dinner here, and drank Laphroig whisky at £26 a glass, superb. Highly recommended. more
