I came on holiday with my parents for a relaxing week's holiday in the middle of August. None of us had ever been to Lewis before and had been advised to stay in or near Stornoway and travel the island from there. I found Brackenbury on the internet and booked directly and what a find it was.

This is high quality self catering and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Everything is good quality and gives the place an almost superior feel. We were very much at home in minutes. The kitchen has everything you could imagine ever wanting to use - as well as a small supply of groceries and treats and the bedrooms are good sized and very comfortable. The living room is just the right size for relaxing of an evening.

We recommed you take up the offer of a voucher towards the meal at Loch Croistean - we went there on our last night and it was a great way to finish off the holiday. Well worth booking the buffet evening in advance as it is popular.
