We stayed two nights at this comfortable and welcoming hotel. As this hotel is converted from several fishermans houses there are many stairways, some of them quite steep, so if you have mobility problems be aware. I think that they only have one ground floor room. The room that we had was on the top floor with coombed ceilings and... More

The tobermory hotel is situated on the beautiful harbour side. There can not be a better view to wake up to. Andi and her staff make you very welcome. the hotel is quaint and has nice comfortable lounges and a nice dining room. The breakfasts have a extensive choice. The full scottish takes some beating especially the stornaway blackpudding. The rooms... More

This small hotel is located in a row of converted fisherman's cottages, right on the water front. This means most of the bedrooms are very small, but we do not mind that so long as the beds are comfortable, and they were! We had breakfasts and a dinner at the hotel and the food wes consistently excellent. We will visit... More

English refugees Ian and Andi Stevens know exactly how to run a traditional harbourside hotel. All that needs to be done is do the simple things well. Andi, in particular, really understands the importance of good service. When you combine this with excellent food and an unparalleled location, then a really good stay is ensured. We were not disappointed in... More

Stayed for three nights in May. This was a great hotel, and our room (14) was clean, very comfortable and bright and had beautiful views across the bay. Ian and Andy, and not forgetting Ashka, were all really friendly and helpful, making our stay exceptional. On our last night we ate in the restaurant, and the food was quite amazing.... More

Stayed for 6 nights in May & enjoyed every minute on Mull! The hotel is comfortable, clean & welcoming with free wifi! Breakfasts were excellent - try the porridge & smoked haddock! The evening meal in the restaurant(you need to book) was fantastic, imaginative & delicious with all food locally sourced - the written menu doesn't hint at the quality.... More

This is one of those places at which it is an absolute pleasure to stay. This was our second time! The attention and helpfulness is top notch and the food is excellent; breakfast especially so. We will be back!

We have just come back from a wonderful 4 nights at this hotel. We had room 2 with a brilliant view of the bay - just lie in bed and watch the boats go by. Food excellent - book early to avoid disappointment and everyone is super here. Many thanks regards Deborah & Roger Hale

Don't let the title put you off, this is a great place to stay. Located o the waterfront at Tobermory the location, attitude and food just could not be bettered. There are a couple of large lounges and a lovely dining room with a great menu. Unlike a previous reviewer I liked the fact that the lounges and rooms had... More

Our first time on Mull staying at the The Tobermory Hotel - very warm welcome; incredible location on sea front; lovely cosy clean room and fabulous breakfasts. Have dinner in the Diner - the hotel restaurant. We had gravalax and langoustines on our first night and it was so good we had it again on our third. A four day... More
