In our stay in Scotland this was the most incredible Bed&Breakfast we´ve stayed. Landed off the ferry at Ardvasar on the Isle of Skye, 4pm Thurs 6th Nov 2008. I enquired with the guy at the local petrol station (who reminded me of an excitable and sadly now missed Richard Whitely off Countdown) where might be a great place to stay in town. I only stayed overnight and did not use the indoor pool but I can highly recommend this friendly B&B with a delightful terrace overlooking the bay. There was nobody there when I arrived but after a quick phone call to the owner I was told go into the house and make myself at home - they don't lock doors on... more
We had an excellent stay here last week. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, location is perfect with a fantastic view over the water. Breakfast is made using the finest local produce and is excellent, and the hosts are knowledgeable and friendly. Overall very good value for money. Would stay again. more
Visited this B+B with 2 friends. Accomodation for single peoplecan be a problem but not here - we were very well and courteously catered for by Maggie and Chris.
